Human capital in the republic of Belarus

Article Abstract:

A change in the national scale of strategy and tactics of Belarus' innovative development is required for improving the effective use of capital. The basic prerequisites for this task include creating a system of science activity in keeping with world standards and improving the systems of education and healthcare.

This article discusses the demographic and migration patterns in the Kyrgyz Republic over the past decade. The author maintains the birth rate has been declining, migration has been rapid, the urban population has been declining, and male life expectancy is low, while over all mortality rates have been declining.

The demographic situation in Georgia, 1990-1997
