"I am not guilty" vs "I am innocent": successful negation may depend on the schema used for its encoding

Article Abstract:

The study explores the role of negations and consequences of processing negations. The way negations are encoded by considering the predictions of two theoretical models is investigated for the communication of negated information, for discounting theories, and for the assessment of the truth of incoming information.

Time pressure and group performance: exploring underlying processes in the Attentional Focus Model

Article Abstract:

Time pressure is a common condition under which groups operate to complete their tasks before the deadline. Attention Focus Model describes the effects of time limits (as well as other input factors) on group interaction and performance.

A structural and process analysis of the implicit association test

Article Abstract:

The author through the use of the implicit association test (IAT) is able to measure stimulus intensity, psychology attitudes, and target concepts. The IAT is similar in structure to that of stimulus-response compatibility tasks.
