Intel's tiny hope for the future

Intel could dominate the high-volume sensor market with a student-designed mote that if made significantly smaller, would be unobtrusive enough to go anywhere. The company foresees networks consisting of thousands of motes, located where there is a need for data collection, streaming real-time data to one another and to central servers.
