Predictors of fighting attributed to alcohol use among adolescent drinkers

Article Abstract:

The demographic and psychosocial factors are examined among adolescent drinkers to determine the predictors of fighting attributed to use of alcohol. Frequent drinking, high-volume drinking, trouble in school, were among the significant predictors of initiating fighting attributed to alcohol use.

Alcohol-consumption behaviors and risk for physical fighting and injuries among adolescent drinkers

Article Abstract:

The association between particular alcohol-use measures and physical fighting, injuries inflicted or received while fighting is analyzed. The need to promote violence prevention programs in order to reduce the usage and consumption of alcohol amongst adolescents is emphasized.

Alcohol use and stigmatized sexual practices of HIV seropositive gay and bisexual men

Article Abstract:

The impacts of alcoholism on stigmatized sexual activities amongst HIV seropositive gay and bisexual men with AUD (alcohol use disorder) are analyzed. The influence of alcohol leads to sexual activities seen as stigmatic while sober.
