Sociology of law in Poland

Poland's legal system has often changed abruptly since the 18th century. Polish sociology of law dates from the late 19th century, yet scholars in this field face the challenges of relating social activity to rapid change and how to choose among the many topics available with limited funds.

The sociology of law in Korea

Article Abstract:

Sociolegal research in Korea dates from the 1960s and was primarily driven by legal scholars attracted to sociological perspectives. Current trends in this research include Korean legal consciousness, historical analysis, especially of the Yi dynasty, and reaction to foreign law.
