Article Abstract:

Leadership development is very important to run an organization successfully in a time of great change, and good leaders should be in a position to offer good employees the challenge, support, appreciation and opportunity to keep them longer. A good leader will invite employees to help them, exercise their right as a leader by telling people what they need to meet their own commitments to the organization and will delight in diversity of point of view because it makes the organization stronger.
