The question is when: the ideology of Al Qaeda and the reality of bioterrorism

Article Abstract:

The threat of bioterrorism by the Al Qaeda looming large over the world has to be understood on the basis of a joint analysis of their ideology and the practical utility of molecular biology. Political checks and constraints of a bipolar world has so far prevented the use of bioweapons but the financial resources available with the Al Qaeda and their commitment to destruction makes it nearly impossible to prevent them from using such weapons unless the world keeps a strict vigil on all fronts.

Very interesting topic. As a student of International Relations I find that the female suicide bombers are growing in strength and will continue to plot suicide attacks. they are straightening their position-meaning having their main role in attacks however it will still be time before they are considered to be fully equal with their men.
