The second sermon on synergy: Creating trust loops

Article Abstract:

The management strategies need to change, as the convergence of an improving economy is likely to create a labor shortage. The creating trust loops, work in such a way that the leader gives clear opportunities and ethical boundaries and the leader gets improved capacity and growing commitment from co-workers, thus leader gains trust in the co-workers and the co-workers develop trust in the leader.

Considering the CHDO: A guide

Article Abstract:

Housing authorities are often the local entities with the greatest experience providing and managing affordable housing for low and moderate income families. The statute established a particular type of non-profit-the Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) and mandated a set-aside of at least 15 percent of all home funds.
