Deep-sea diving is very different from recreational diving. Recreational divers lack the training of professional divers, specially in diving past the 130 foot redline, the danger zone of deep-diving. To minimize deep-sea diving accidents, divers should be made awareof the perils the activity entails.

PADI career development centers

The Professional Assn. of Diving Instructors (PADI) has a selection of certified dive operations in several parts of the country. Called the PADI Career Development Centers, these schools offer training courses to divers who are interested in making a career in diving.
