Programs and services that will benefit both partners should be identified. Industry partners can provide speakers, mentors, meeting rooms, health care site tours, summer jobs, recruitment, loans and scholarships, educational materials, networking and teacher support among other things. Education partners, on the other hand, can provide training, student volunteers, a performance-based curriculum, public relations and employee recruitment among other things.
