'Alternative' approaches to arthritis relief

Physicians are good sources of advice about alternative remedies for arthritis. Sometimes simple changes in movement can reduce flare-ups. Other alternative treatments discussed include vitamin therapy with B12 and folate, and taking gammalinolenic acid.
