Apricots: A taste of sunshine

Tasty ways to enjoy fresh apricots during summer season are described which not only are a good source of vitamin C, potassium and fiber but are also rich in carotene, that is vital for healthy bones, skin, hair and eyes. Apricots chosen for consumption should be golden orange without any green patches, soft and fragrant.
