Balance on a skateboard for better strokes

Tennis players are advised to practice balancing on a skateboard to enhance their shots and pacing. Proper balance is crucial in hitting the ball and controlling the weight of shots. Skateboarding will also help players to maintain their balance during running shots.

Aim high like an archer on deep shots
