Bare Beauty: Metal masterpiece from a first-time builder

Article Abstract:

A callow youth of 37, Ryan Todd's first attempt at building a customized Triumph bike is described. The customized Triumph started with a purpose-built frame Willy J's in Illinois, and features a gracefully curved downtube and elongated hindquarters, finned aluminum seat base, fluted foot-pegs and clearcoated tank and rear fender with some pinstripes.

Article Abstract:

Suzuki Motor Co.'s VL1400 Intruder motorcycle was customized to resemble a Harley Davidson V-Twin model. However, it differs in its 1360 cubic centimeter air oil-cooled engine that accelerates to 60 miles per hour in 3.1 seconds.
