Bay Islands of Honduras
Article Abstract:
Scuba diving sites in the Bay Islands of Honduras are described. The islands earned its reputation as a bargain destination with $1-overnight stays and cheap diving lessons in the island of Utila. Dive resorts in Roatan, Guanaja and Cayos Cochinos have U.S.-styled operations with good food and clean rooms. Diving operations are well-maintained by competent personnel. The islands have the usual walls, caves, swim-throughs, pinnacles, overhangs and wrecks that will surely delight divers.

Article Abstract:
Problems associated with transmission signaling have hindered experts from developing communication systems capable of underwater operation. Since only a single chanel for transmitting and receiving underwater signals is used, existing systems do not allow simultaneous exchange of information. Problems are further aggravated by voice clarity limitations brought about bubble signals. An evaluation of four scuba diving communication systems is presented.

6 new semi-dry wetsuits
Article Abstract:
Six semi-dry diving suits are evaluated and rated on a scale of one to five stars. The suits that garnered four-star ratings are the Ocean Reef Arctic Therm-X Full Suit, Scubapro LayerZ Hi-Tech Steamer and Mares Isotherm Ice Fullsuit and Hood. Three and 1/2 stars were given to the Henderson Cold Water Jumpsuit while the O'Neill 7MM Full Suit and Body Glove 6MM No-Zip Divesuit were given three stars each.
