Three-time Tour de France champion Greg Lemond will enter his second VISA Ford Cup ski competition in 1996. Lemond was an avid skier as a child and started cycling as a way to train for skiing. Lemond's cycling skills eventually overtook his skiing skills and he took up cycling full time.
