Exercise characteristics and the blood pressure response to dynamic physical training

Article Abstract:

This article investigates the effects of exercise duration, frequency, and intensity on blood pressure levels in healthy and hypertensive subjects. Findings indicate that exercising three to five times each week at moderate intensity levels in sessions lasting between thirty minutes to an hour results in significant blood pressure reductions in both groups.
