The American collage of Sports Medicine & American Council of Exercise (ACE) are compiling a list of exercises need to keep the body in shape. The push up, the squat, studding snow angles, the bicycle crunch and the lunge are the 5 best moves to keep the body in shape. These help to keep arms, chest, butt, back, stomach and thighs under control.
