Flatten your Belly

Article Abstract:

Stress, smoking, drinking alcohol, and lack of fiber can contribute to a bulging stomach or potbelly. To tighten that muscles that help make a stomach look good, people can lift weights, focus on good posture, and engage in activities that strengthen those muscles. Tennis, gardening, household chores and kickboxing are all good for the abdominals.
