A growing trend in outdoor fitness classes and personal training sessions has encouraged more and more fitness professionals to introduce new outdoor workouts into the fitness routine. Various programs under IDEA Health and Fitness Association have come up with sessions on surfing, cycling, hiking and adventure racing outside the boring health club and gym routines.
