High on the wind: a city boy turns deer tracker in the Berkshires

Article Abstract:

Paul Rezendes once headed a motorcycle gang, but he now photographs wildlife and analyzes the environmental effects deer can produce in natural areas when they change their patterns. Rezendes began tracking deer as a teenager and he is regarded as an expert because of his details and abilities.

The unknown master

Article Abstract:

Bill Catherwood introduced his Giant Killer streamers, which are up to six inches in length, in 1968. The flies have had an enormous influence on saltwater flyfishing. His other innovations include the first use of glass eyes and the first three-dimensional flies.
