Article Abstract:

People between the ages of 50 and 76 were targeted in a research study on falling asleep. Exercising before dinnertime cools the body sufficiently so at bedtime, sleep comes easily. These exercises might include, brisk walking, a mild bike ride, or low-impact aerobics, done four times a week.

Research shows that children with allergies who do not get regular allergy shots fare just as well as those children who do get the shots. The shots should never be halted without a doctor's advice, but when they can, this will save money.
