A physical therapist and spokesperson for the American College of Sports Medicine discusses about fives of the most common overuse injuries during spring season and the best way to prevent them. Some of these injuries include shoulder pain, ankle sprain, lower-back pain and pain under or around the kneecap and suitable solution is offered for the same.
