Grains even some ancient ones are regaining popularity. Kamut, an ancient African cereal, Bolivian quinoa, and Amaramth are three high carbohydrate-low-fat cereals. Kamut is especially attractive to wheat-sensitive people as 70% are found to be able to eat kamut safely.
