Article Abstract:

The legal battles on the ownership of the Indian brand name started in 1997 when Sterling Consulting Corp sold the rights to Eller Industries for $20 million with $14 million as pledge by Eller. However, Sterling alleged that Eller had defaulted on payments and prevented the bike's introduction.

The lost Manx

Article Abstract:

Dave Jorgensen acquired the 500cc single Manx Norton used by Dick Klamfoth to win the 1951 Daytona 200 Beach Race in 1960. With this motorcycle, he was able to join the US Motorcycle Club's 1961 Grand Prix International. Unfortunately, the motorcycle was stolen in 1997.
