Mind lifts: believe it or not, the brain needs exercise to keep fit and active

Article Abstract:

Experts claim that the brain requires exercise, particularly as people age. Women, especially, need to exercise their brain since some scientists deem that slowing of the brain is more marked in postmenopausal women. A more active mind enables people to better hold onto data over the long run.
