Peggy Gleeson, head of the physical therapy department is of the opinion that an effective attitude towards the students from different generations in managing and motivating them can be attained by recognizing the peculiarity of each generation and having managerial flexibility. Article Abstract:

It has been found that there are major differences in the way many Americans receive health care all over the country with a definite discrimination against the minority groups. Minority population has been growing at a fast pace but one can see that many among them still do not have access to health insurance or access to high quality health care and these disparities must be addressed immediately.
