Muddy waters: spinning-wing decoys spur debate over technology in hunting

The use of spinning-wing decoys by duck hunters is debated by participants in the sport. The center of the debate focuses on the over-effectiveness of the decoys, and whether they promote fairness in the sport to the ducks by decimating duck populations.
