No-discharge areas: will your state be next?

Article Abstract:

Gov Paul Cellucci's proposal to make Massachusetts's coastal area a no-discharge area is anticipated to create a number of problems for boating enthusiasts and local residents. These problems correlate with compliance and enforcement issues, and outlawing the use of onboard treatment systems.

Cowabunga! The world's most bizarre courts - from the anthills of Australia to the cow-dung surface of Zambia

Article Abstract:

There are no standard requirements for a tennis court except that its dimensions be 78 ft by 36 ft. As a result, highly unusual court surfaces can be found all over the world. These include cow-dung-and-molasses courts in Zambia and crushed-seashell courts in the Philippines.
