Dive doc's pocket guide

Article Abstract:

Motion sickness, dehydration and headache are some of the easily preventable medical conditions which are commonly experienced by divers. Motion sickness can be prevented by eating light and avoiding foods that are greasy, such as bacon, hash browns and eggs. Looking forward and fixing eyes on a stationary object close to the horizon line also prevent motion sickness by ensuring that the eyes see the same motion that the body is feeling.
