The Cup-in-Europe-match racing and fleer racing in the Med, first in Marseille and then in Valencia-held something good for each of the three contenders, BMW, Alinghi, and Kiwis. There is still one spot open in the final four as additional entries are expected from U.S., Britain, Australia, and Spain.
