Three gadgets that claim to help get the most out of a walking workout are reviewed. Nordic Walking Poles burn 46 percent more calories building upper body strength, Walkvest by Debbie Rocker burns 30 percent more calories sculpting leg muscles, and PowerBelt by Cathy Smith burns 71 percent more calories strengthening arm, chest and back muscles.
