Giving back to the sport she loves

Alison began coaching disabled sailors for the 2000 Paralympics in Sydney, Australia, after winning her fifth Rolex Yachtswoman of the Year Award. Her coaching correlates with her feelings about giving something back to the sport she loves so much.
