Rule 26

Article Abstract:

USGA Rule 26 regarding water hazards and lateral water hazards is discussed. Golfers may play balls from water hazards if they so desire. There are also four options of taking relief that require a one-stroke penalty, two of which only apply to lateral water hazards.

Handicapping
