Runner's guide to home remedies

Runners can experience a wide range of injuries and ailments, and most can be treated by the use of home remedies. Remedies for a variety of afflictions, including Achilles tendinitis, exercise-induced asthma, back pain, blisters, and hamstring pain, are discussed.

Benefits of being injured
