Shoreline: Adversity bravely overcome

Article Abstract:

A sailor turned to the sea in search of simplicity when life got complicated. He set off aboard Albatross, a 38-foot Hood sloop, sailed across the world's five southern capes reaching close to the eastern coast of Mindanao in the Philippines and moved towards Hong Kong hoping to find work after five years of adventurous single-handed voyage.
