Article Abstract:

Andre Agassi, an eight-time Grand Slam champion who has raised 'The Andre Agassi College Preparatory Academy' for poorest children in the state thus providing them with educational and recreational opportunities is presented. Agassi was always interested in highlighting a real-life concern in society, has raised money for the foundation through a decade and looks at the cause as a second career after retirement from tennis.

An underdog's dream draw

The Compass draw format guarantees that a tennis player plays at least four matches. Regardless of the number of wins or losses, all entries figure in the finals where eight champions surface. To determine the winner, a single elimination ensues in some tournaments.
