Article Abstract:

The muscle most responsible for a successful golf swing is the gluteus maximus (GM). The GM serves as the primary source of power during the swing and extra attention should be made to strengthen it. An exercise regimen specifically designed to strengthen the GM is presented.

The ways in which the whitetail deer manage to survive harsh northern winters are described. Biological factors such as storing fat and changing their metabolism and the habit of grouping together for warmth and protection all help to ensure their survival in winter.
