The case of the missing flab

Cyclists who want to lose weight often resort to an ultra-low calorie crash diet. This strategy is discouraged because it makes cyclists weak and lessens their motivation. The correct strategy in weight loss is to eat the right foods and implement a calory-burning exercise program.
