Article Abstract:

The implementation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act along with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services' comprehensive error testing program has ensured that the regulations for physical therapists has become more complex. Therapists will have be extra careful and use their common sense while dealing with complex cases and ensure that frivolous cases are not filed against them.
