Walleyes in-between: four new strategies that challenge traditional walleye wisdom

Article Abstract:

Fishers can catch walleyes by locating 'in-betweeners.' These fish are scattered throughout the water, instead of remaining suspended in open water or staying where the depth changes. One way to catch these walleyes is to use a technique called 'speed rigging.'

Deadly calm walleyes

Article Abstract:

Walleye fish are attracted to changes in light density because they feed best when light levels are low. Fishermen should observe the light and wind patterns of the lake to determine the best spots to catch walleye fish. Other techniques are described.
