Weeknight meals: faster than takeout

Article Abstract:

It is possible to prepare nutritionally healthy meals in 15 minutes or less. These meals can actually be faster, and healthier, than take-out meals. Recipes include Thai Peanut Shrimp over Couscous, Mandarin Cabbage Slaw, Berry Shortcakes, Veggieburger, MacSalad, and Lickety-Split Sundae.

Let 'em eat crumbles

Many people who retain a longing for hamburgers, but would like to have a healthier diet, might be interested in trying crumbles, or soy products that have a taste and texture similar to ground beef. Crumbles are fat free, low in calories, and contain fiber.
