Weight training made easy: tooling up

Article Abstract:

The benefits of weight training include an increases in muscle strength, and bone density. It reduces fat, and the risk of such diseases as diabetes. It improves balance, sleep and digestion among other benefits. Descriptions of seven different types of weights, as well other equipment, is given.
