Graduated driver licensing and teenage driver research in 2006

Article Abstract:

Proposed changes to be made to graduated driver licensing (GDL) after studying results of studies conducted by different institutions are discussed. Graduated driver licensing (GDL) is a three-stagelicensing system for automobile drivers of various age groups. Issues pertaining to the driving habits of teenage drivers and possible solutions thereof are also discussed.

Graduated driver licensing research in 2004 and 2005

Article Abstract:

A brief description on the progress of a research published in the January 2004 update conducted on graduated driver licensing (GDL) is presented. The results of the research reinforced the case for GDL, for nighttime and passenger restrictions, and for extended supervised driving practice.
