These firms, which include Dobson Fleet Management and Univan Ship Management, handle the technical operations of a number of vessels owned by a holding company. Under this setup, each vessel is owned by a separate entity.

The Mayflower Resolution landed at the Duchy Wharf in Falmouth Harbor in UK on 10 February 2004, after completing a 11,000 nautical mile voyage from the build yard in China. The Mayflower Resolution which was designed by Knud E. Hanseen is a specialised vessel to install wind turbines offshore.
