Tioman T-9, the first drill tender barge constructed by Malaysia Shipyard and Engineering (MSE) for Smedvig Asia Limited, is fully ready. Designed in conjunction with Smedvig, it is claimed to be the worldEs most modern drilling tender rig. An overview of MSEEs other operations, including upgrading, repair work and conversions, is presented.
