Legal cases citing the motorcoach and bus operators risk management issues in terms of passenger mangement , loading and unloading, the drivers fatigue, hours-of-service regulations, and management of unruly passengers are examined. The risk management strategies should be formulated considering every aspect of the business.

Private bus industry seeks improvements to charter bus rules

New standards for wheelchair lifts increase size limits, require handrails
