OCTA improves bus service by 'putting customers first'

Article Abstract:

The planning and implementation of the Orange county (Calif.) Transportation Authority's (OCTA) "Putting Customers First" program are discussed. It aim is to improve the quality and efficiency of bus service. 10 new supervisory positions to ensure timely service and changes in the bus book providing route and schedule information are primary initiatives under this program.
