Raising service standards on ferries

Article Abstract:

P and O European Ferries Ltd (P&O) hasinvested heavily to improve food service on board its five ferries that servicethe Dover, UK-to-Calais, France route. Improvements on board the five ferries include redesigning galleys to process food more efficiently and developing short-order menus. In addition, P&O has also adopted a new food quality standard, ISO 9002/BS 5750, to standardize food supply purchasing.
