A taste of Portugal

Article Abstract:

Toronto, Ontario-based Churrasco of St Clair is a take-out only restaurant that is so well-known for its Portuguese-style barbecued and grilled chicken that customers who do not call ahead are often unale to get what they want. The restaurant's menu features authentic recipes developed in Portugal, but with roots in African cuisine. There are no plans to extend the concept from a take-out restaurant into a dine-in restaurant since take-out seems to be the most reasonable way of operating with reasonable prices.
